Homemade food, unhurried tables.

We cook Bosnian home food and mountain classics. Short menu, seasonal ingredients from farms we know, and bread out of the oven every morning.

Breakfast

07:30 - 10:30 · included

Fresh bread and pastries, eggs prepared to order, local cheeses and cured meats, homemade jams, seasonal fruit, and strong Bosnian coffee or tea. Served every morning in the dining room.

Dinner

18:00 - 22:00 · à la carte

Grilled meats over charcoal, slow-cooked stews with polenta, warm soups in winter and mountain vegetables in summer. Local wines and rakija, and desserts we make ourselves.

Local sourcing

Cheeses, honey and cured meats come from producers we know by name in the villages around Pale.

Dietary needs

Vegetarian, gluten-free, and other requests are easy to arrange - just let us know when you book.

Open to neighbours

The restaurant is open to hotel guests and to people from Pale. Reservations are wise on weekends.
